Built as a web-based application, Epitomax® mental health software is accessible via the internet (ASP). With today’s secure HIPAA-compliant technology, you may safely access your system using the internet without having to buy and maintain expensive IT hardware, such as servers. When you use the Epitomax® behavioral healthcare software, we take care of the IT hardware for you. You avoid significant up-front costs associated with maintaining your own IT equipment. One fee covers the software license, the services and hardware to make Epitomax® available to your users over the internet, as well as support and maintenance.

Our Epitomax® mental health treatment plan software can just as easily be installed in your server as in ours. You choose the location of the server in which your behavioral healthcare software is installed - your house or ours!

Technical

• Epitomax® behavioral healthcare software has a three-tiered architecture
• Programming language is Sybase PowerBuilder
• Business logic and rules encapsulated on the Epitomax® server using EA Server

Below are three examples of the Epitomax® web-based behavioral health software architecture for three different size organizations. The Epitomax/Database Server, the Epitomax server(s), the database server(s) and load balancer are all maintained by PsyTech Solutions at the hosting facility. Client refers to the desktop or laptop computers used in your organization.
